STAYING SAFE DURING COVID-19

There are three simple actions we must all do to keep on protecting each other

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Most people with coronavirus have at least 1 of these symptoms.

Our sincerest gratitude goes to the Heart of England Community Foundation, Comic Relief National Lottery, and Coronavirus Resilience Fund for your valuable support during the crisis. Without your financial assistance, we would not have been able to provide the service and support to the most vulnerable people in the community. our volunteers and trustees have tirelessly shown commitment to supporting women and young people from the Black Country by providing support advice on COVID-19 i.e. using community languages of the beneficiaries. Deliver food i.e. during social distancing and isolation, project volunteers have helped disadvantaged women on a low income with their shopping and other essentials, such as giving access to food, toiletries, and necessities. This project has been funded by Community Fund, Heart of England Community Foundation, Comic Relief and Groundwork.
